To make a withdrawal, you will first select your preferred bank and add your IBAN number, then you can submit withdrawal request(s) directly from the Raseed app.

Quick step by step guide:

1. Go to the "Wallet" page in the Raseed app.

2. Tap on the "Withdraw" tab and select "Bank Transfer."
​

3. Select your preferred bank from the list. If your bank is not listed, you can manually add it.
​

4. Enter your IBAN number when prompted.

​

5. Once your bank account is added, tap on it to select it, then enter the withdrawal amount.

6. Review and confirm your withdrawal request.

That’s it! Your withdrawal request will be processed accordingly.
