Corporate Actions

A Corporate Action is an event carried out by a company that causes a change to shareholders and other stakeholders. A Corporate Action could be something as seemingly minor as a change in the stock symbol, but more commonly it would be a declaration of a dividend, a stock split, a merger, or acquisition.
